Detty Darly, NP-P
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
When it comes to dealing with traumatic experiences and stressful factors of life, Detty Darly has mastered the art of winning hearts of the mentally challenged. Her warm personality and passion in healing is her major approach towards her clients. Detty brought her career to maturity by completing her fellowship at Crasmere Psychiatric Services, PC where she gained deeper insight in aiding individuals, couples and groups.
Prior to joining Crasmere, Detty started her career as staff nurse at South Beach Psychiatric Center where she provided professional nursing services including health counseling and provision of restorative care. Her devotion towards her profession helped her reach position as the Nurse Co ordinator where she led a team of nurses and mental health technicians.
Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Yenepoya University, Mangalore, India and Masters degree with an emphasis as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Hunter College, New York City. She is professionaly affiliated with American Nurses Association since 2016.
Ms. Phanessa Jean, NP-P
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Ms. Phanessa Jean is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She received her BSN from Chamberlain School of Nursing and MSN at Stony Brook University. She has experience working in behavioral health for the past 7 years in various settings including inpatient psychiatry, nursing homes and Comprehensive Psychiatric emergency programs. She has also worked as a traveling nurse in several states. Ms. Phanessa is passionate about Psychiatry and will use her experience and knowledge to provide evidence based treatment.
Yelena Anbinder, NP-P
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Yelena Anbinder NP-P received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from New York University. She also obtained her Master's degree from Hunter College and became a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Yelena worked as a case manager and as a certified health coach before becoming a Nurse Practitioner. Through this work Yelena gained experience in outpatient, inpatient facilities, and in long-term care. She did her training at the Coney Island Hospital Inpatient Psychiatric Unit. Yelena has a strong passion for treating those who are mentally challenged. For Yelena, waking up everyday and helping others is a dream and it brings her a lot of joy. Yelena wants to devote her life to psychiatry and to use her knowledge to make the world a better place.
Alexis Sciarrino, NP-P
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Ms. Alexis Sciarrino is compassionate, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. She was born and raised in New York. She decided to pursue a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Degree to help others lead a fulfilling life. Ms. Sciarrino did her training at Hunter College and received MSN in Psychiatric Nurse practitioner in 2022. She earned her BSN at the College of Staten Island and successfully graduated with Verrazano Honors. Alexis is currently a psychiatric nurse practitioner who also continues to work as a registered nurse in Maimonides Emergency Department and Psychiatric Emergency Department. She has past experience working in an inpatient psychiatric unit for several years. Alexis carries devotion and passion for the field of psychiatry. She provides a dynamic, holistic and individualistic approach to create a comforting and reenergizing healing space. Her number one goal is to provide a compassionate, and safe therapeutic environment for all clients.
